  5. The Agreement is concluded upon confirmation of registration by clicking the activation link sent to the provided email address.

3.2 Account Security

  1. The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
  2. The password must meet the minimum security requirements set out in the Service (min. 8 characters, uppercase letter, digit or special character).

  3. Limits for Additional Users are specified in §4 of these Terms of Service.

§4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Interioo offers paid subscription Plans (Starter, Professional, Studio) and a 14-day Trial Period.

The current prices, limits and available features for each Plan are published at interioo.co/en/pricing. Interioo reserves the right to update Plan content in accordance with the procedure set out in §16.

4.2 Billing

  1. Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each Billing Period.
  2. The Subscription renews automatically at the end of each Billing Period, unless the User cancels it in accordance with §6.
  3. All prices are stated in Polish zloty (PLN) as net amounts. VAT is added to net prices at currently applicable rates.
  4. A VAT invoice is issued automatically and sent to the e-mail address associated with the Account within 7 business days of payment collection.
  5. For an annual subscription, the User pays a one-time fee for 12 months in advance. Any discounts on annual plans are specified on the pricing page.

4.3 Payment Methods

  2. Accepted payment methods: payment cards (Visa, Mastercard).
  3. In case of a failed payment, Interioo makes automatic retry attempts over the next 3 business days. After that time, access to the Service may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.

4.4 Plan Changes

  1. The User may upgrade to a higher Plan at any time. The charge for the new Plan is calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the current Billing Period.
  2. Downgrading to a lower Plan takes effect at the start of the next Billing Period. Until then, the User continues to use the features of the current Plan.
  3. When downgrading, data exceeding the new Plan's limits may be inaccessible for editing, but will not be automatically deleted for 30 days. After that period, the User should reduce their data to fit within the new limit.

4.5 Refund Policy

In accordance with industry standards for SaaS software and based on Art. 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act (digital content delivered on a continuous basis), Interioo does not, as a rule, offer refunds for already commenced Billing Periods.

Exceptions where Interioo may consider a refund request:

  • Documented technical failure on Interioo's side preventing use of the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours in a given Billing Period
  • Accidental double charge
  • Other circumstances considered individually upon the User's request

Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of the event.

§5. Trial Period (Free Trial)

  1. Every new User automatically receives 14-day free access to Studio Plan features (Free Trial).
  2. No payment card details are required during the Trial Period.
  3. After the Trial Period, the Account automatically switches to restricted mode. To continue using the full features, the User must activate a paid Subscription.
  4. In restricted mode (after the Free Trial ends without activating a Subscription), the User retains access to the Account and their data for 30 days in read-only mode. After that time, the Account and data may be deleted in accordance with §15.
  5. The Trial Period is available once per entity (company, VAT number). Interioo reserves the right to verify and refuse a further Trial Period if circumvention of this restriction is suspected.
  6. Interioo reserves the right to limit or end the Free Trial offer at any time, with appropriate notice published on the website.

§6. Subscription Cancellation

  1. The User may cancel the Subscription at any time directly from the Account settings panel (Settings → Subscription → Cancel).
  2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid Billing Period. Until then, the User retains full access to the Service under the purchased Plan.
  3. Cancellation of the Subscription does not automatically delete the Account or User Data. After the paid period ends, the Account switches to restricted mode (read-only) for 30 days, after which it may be deleted in accordance with §15.
  4. Interioo confirms the cancellation by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the instruction.

§11. Data and Intellectual Property

11.1 User Data Ownership

  1. The User retains full ownership of all User Data entered into the Service. Interioo makes no claim of ownership over such data.
  2. The User grants Interioo a non-exclusive, limited licence to process, store and display User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

11.2 Interioo's Intellectual Property

  1. The Service, its source code, user interface, logos, trademarks, documentation and all other elements are the property of Interioo and are protected by copyright.
  2. The Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights in the Service to the User. The User is only entitled to use the Service to the extent specified in the Terms and the purchased Plan.

11.4 Opinions and Feedback

The User may voluntarily provide Interioo with opinions, suggestions and ideas regarding the Service. By providing feedback, the User grants Interioo a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such information in any way in the context of Service development - without any right to remuneration or attribution.

11.5 References and Use of User Marks

The Service is intended exclusively for professional entities (B2B). The following provisions govern the use of User Marks as a commercial reference.

  1. The User grants Interioo a non-exclusive, royalty-free and revocable licence to use the User Marks solely to indicate that the User uses or has used the Service. The licence is worldwide and applies for the term of the Agreement and for 12 months following its termination.
  2. Under this licence, Interioo may display the User Marks in particular in:
    • The Service and Interioo websites - in customer lists, reference sections and case studies
    • Marketing and sales materials: presentations, brochures, proposals and trade-fair materials
    • E-mail campaigns, social media posts and paid advertising
    • Informational materials addressed to investors, business partners and the media
  3. Interioo undertakes to use the User Marks in unaltered form, preserving their proportions and legibility, and in accordance with the User's brand guidelines where the User provides them. Only technical adjustments necessary for correct display are permitted (scaling, file format conversion, monochrome version).
  4. Interioo will not present the User Marks in a manner suggesting endorsement, recommendation, partnership, capital affiliation or any other relationship beyond the mere fact of using the Service. Interioo presents only Users who hold or held an active Account in the relevant period - consistent with the actual state of affairs.
  5. Publication of a review, quote, statement by a person representing the User, a full case study, or any information about the User's projects, its Clients or commercial terms (prices, discounts) requires the User's separate, prior consent given at least in documentary form - an e-mail message is sufficient.
  6. The User may at any time, without giving reasons, object to the use of the User Marks or revoke the licence granted:
    • By sending a message to [email protected] with the subject "Reference opt-out"
    • By changing the setting in Account settings (Settings → Marketing → References)
    • By objecting at the time of Account registration - before any first use of the User Marks
  7. Interioo removes the User Marks from channels under its control (the Service, websites, social media profiles, active advertising campaigns) within 14 days of receiving the request. In the case of printed materials, materials already distributed or archived by third parties, Interioo ceases their further distribution and removes the Marks at the next update, no later than within 60 days. Revocation of the licence does not affect the lawfulness of use carried out before the request was submitted.
  8. The User represents that it holds rights to the User Marks to the extent necessary to grant the licence referred to in paragraph 1. If the User is bound by confidentiality obligations regarding its use of the Service, or uses the Marks under a licence from a third party, the User must inform Interioo - in which case no licence arises.
  9. Where the User Marks contain personal data (e.g. the name and surname within the business name of a sole trader), their processing for the purpose set out in this section is based on Interioo's legitimate interest in marketing its own services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The User has the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR), exercised in the manner set out in paragraph 6.
