Question 1

Does the browser extension work with all stores?

Accepted Answer

It works with any online store - not a curated list of partners. If a product page has a name and price, the extension can capture it. If you have any issues with a specific store, let us know and we'll fix it.

Question 2

Will my clients actually use the portal?

Accepted Answer

The portal requires nothing from your client - no installation, no training. They get a single link, log in with a code sent to their email, and see everything: estimates, visualisations, files, updates. Most open it on their phone in under a minute. The ones who used to message you at seven in the morning start checking the portal on their own.

Question 3

How long does it take to get started?

Accepted Answer

Most designers set up their first project in under 30 minutes. You create a project, add rooms, and start collecting products. No configuration, no training.

Question 4

How is Interioo different from KIS List?

Accepted Answer

KIS List is primarily a tool for shopping lists and cost estimates. Interioo is an entire project workspace - estimates, visualisations, construction log, client portal, tasks, intake forms and files in one place.

Question 5

How does my client log in to the portal?

Accepted Answer

Your client enters their email and receives a one-time code - no password, no account to create. Sessions last a long time, so they don't need to log in on every visit. As convenient as a link, as secure as a login.

Question 6

Can I control what my client sees?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Internal files, private team notes - all of this is hidden from the client and contractor portal. You share only what you choose to, and you can change visibility at any time.

Question 7

What does contractor access look like?

Accepted Answer

Contractors log in the same way as clients - with a code sent to their email, no account needed. They only see projects you've invited them to. By default they have no access to your files, moodboards, visualisations or forms - every share is an intentional decision. They can upload photos to the construction log, see their own files, and - if you enable it - view selected documents or estimates in read-only mode.
